Lashed Jade Toki

The toki as a chisel form is seen to be useful to help one clear the dross of life.

This jade toki (adze) pendant is carved from a striking dark green New Zealand kawakawa jade.

Self collected and one of the darker stones I have found.

It has a traditional lashing connecting the carving to the cord which is adjustable.

This pendant is 6.8cm high and 2.2cm wide.
