Heart pendant carved from a stunning speckled New Zealand Kokopu jade with the typical spots found in Kokopu (named after the similarities to the markings on our native Galaxid – trout).
Also has the rare dendrites as well (the fernlike markings you can see).
The background jade is a slightly translucent Inanga jade.
This jade is one I found in the Nelson area, a rare and beautiful stone.
The cord is adjustable.
Pendant is 5.5cm high and 5.7cm widest.

This heart pendant is carved from a stunning speckled New Zealand Kokopu jade.
A lovely stone with the typical spots found in Kokopu jade
(Named for the similarities to the markings on our native Galaxid – trout).
